Carrier setup

From this page
to your first load.

Three documents and a one-page agreement. Most carriers are booked within 24 hours of sending paperwork.

The process

Five steps, start to rolling

  1. Talk to us

One call, ten minutes. Tell us your equipment, your home base, the lanes you like and the ones you won't run. No paperwork yet.

  2. Send your documents

Three items, listed below. Photos from your phone are fine — we don't need scans.

  3. Sign the dispatch agreement

One page in plain English. It sets out what we do, what we charge and how either side ends it. No minimum term, no cancellation penalty.

  4. We book you a load you want

Your dispatcher works your lanes and brings you the load with the rate, the terms and the pickup window up front. If it isn't right, we keep looking. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

  5. Start hauling

Rate con signed, pickup confirmed, and you're moving. Most carriers are under their first load within 24 hours of documents clearing.

What to send

Three documents

That's the whole packet. Photos from your phone are fine.

01

MC authority

Your FMCSA operating authority letter. You run under your own MC — we never dispatch under ours, because we don't have one.

02

Certificate of insurance

Current COI showing your coverage and limits. Brokers ask for this before they'll set you up.

03

Signed W-9

So brokers can pay you directly. Money goes from the broker to you, never through us.

Questions

Before you sign

Do I need my own authority?

Yes. We dispatch for carriers running under their own MC. You keep control of your business, your insurance and your money — brokers pay you directly.

Do you force loads on me?

Never. You see the lane, the rate and the terms before anything is booked. If you don't like it, we keep looking. Nothing gets confirmed without your yes.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. No contract, no setup fee, no monthly minimum. If we're not earning our percentage you can walk away, and we'd rather you did than sit on freight you resent.

How fast can I start?

Most carriers are booked on their first load within 24 hours of sending documents. The paperwork is a signed agreement, your MC authority, a certificate of insurance and a W-9.

What if I find my own load?

Then you don't owe us anything on it. We only take a percentage of what we book for you.
